Below is some research I've conducted into how four different artists have used various platforms and product releases to really establish and communicate their brand.

ReplyDeleteA really thorough piece of research into how branding works across the different platforms for the artists listed.
Obviously you had issues with presentation this time around, having cut and pasted from a Word Document. Your blog has a really nice standard of presentation, keep that up and take that into consideration from the planning stages of your posts. Also, having screen-shots / nice big pics of the album covers would have worked well in terms of the marker being able to reference the details you described.
You did well to look into the cross media convergence elements of each artist's campaign. Just remember to mention that anything physical / not media related, like clothing brands, are synergistic campaigns and not cross-media-convergence.
Another element you didn't mention much but that is a huge part of each album is things like the star image - overall how those stars are represented by placement / shot type of the photos on the different platforms and also the fonts/ font sizes.
Overall a good effort with great observations!
