Below are the lyrics to the song "Ya Sturgglin'" by Boogie Down Productions. Opposite to most hip-hop songs, this song surprisingly has no swear words!

    - a well-researched topic with a range of sources
    - You show evidence of thoroughly grasping the idea of representation, using a range of examples
    - another layer of inquiry would have been to comment on this in relation to Laura Mulvey's Male Gaze theory (this would have been good for the 'women in hip-hop' research and commentary
